About Commissioning & Startup Services
Genesys is a speciality contractor in the provision of precommissioning, commissioning and start up of power generation and Oil & Gas process facilities. We provide expert multidisciplinary teams throughout Latin america.
This experience and growth, led us to get involved in the Commissioning and Startup services of electrical plants, first as assistants and then as a complement of our services in the areas of energy Generation, Oil and Gas. Since our inception in 1999, we’ve collaborated with General Electric Power Business during the installation of a 70 MW gas power plant in Santa Cruz of the Bolivian mountains, performing pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and start-up of the Accessory Module of a 7FA industrial turbine.
Since then, Genesys Control has accumulated extensive experience in 6FA and 7FA industrial Turbines, Turbine Aeroderivatives LM2500, LM6000 and the new turbine hybrid LMS100 of General Electric, as well as combined cycle generation plants.
Today our services extend to the commissioning and start-up of Central Oil Processing Facilities, such as: field Block 15, Eden Yuturi Process Facility, OXY (now known as Petro Amazonas), and others.
We also provide personnel and specialized teams in instrumentation, electrical and mechanical engineering to companies that prefer that the commissioning and start-up assistance stage is managed independently of the construction phase. Our services extend especially to Oil & Gas, power plants and combined cycle, turbines for industrial power generation and aeroderivatives in any industrial plant.

Our services: Management
All the stages of Management that begin with the Mechanical Completion; are developed according to the procedures and manuals of Genesys Control which are in turn developed strictly according to international standards. Also considered are the procedures of suppliers of the different types of equipment and the final client standards.
During the stage of commissioning and start-up, the project management team prepares a training plan for the operation personnel with our engineers and field technicians, who provide them with all of the necessary material, knowledge of the system, and operation and maintenance instructions. During the stage of Start-up and Testing, we provide continuous support to the operators in coordination with the client’s Operations Management.
We also provide personal and highly qualified engineers for the different activities and disciplines necessary in this type of service such as Balance of Plant mechanics, medium tension electricians, Instrument and Control technicians, Instrumentalists, operators and document control.
